PEACHES, APRICOTS, PLUMS, CHERRIES, POTATOES
Accessible to all those who want to eat healthy and enjoy a taste of our land at low prices, thanks to the close relationship between producer and consumer.
Artichoke is the vegetable that best identifies our farm. It is a typical product of this area and thus largely cultivated in the fertile plain of Albenga.
In middle october we start harvesting the first artichokes.
Dill is not commonly used in Italy, but it finds wide use in Northern Europe
In spring (april) we start to harvest the WILD ROCKET .
During winter we have WHITE and RED LOLLO, plants destined to exportation , then in spring and summer LETTUCE, "GENTILINA" and "FOGLIA DI QUERCIA"
ZUCCHINI "TROMBETTA" AND TOMATOES "OCCHIO DI BUE"
Zucchini Trombetta are tender and sweet. The flowers of the Zucchini Trombetta are the fundemental ingredient of a typical ligurian recipe
The "Cuore di bue" tomatoes are perfect for salads or tomato sauce, thanks to its sweet taste.
